Specifically, it refers to a method for predicting a response to a treatment comprising a platinum derivative and a taxane of a cancer patient, by analyzing the expression profile of the CAV1, CXCL1, EDN3, EGF, EPOR, FGF2 genes , NRP1 and TIMP2 .n n n Preferably, this method allows predicting the response placed on a treatment that includes carboplatin and paclitaxel from a patient with ovarian cancer. |
