abstract Double-stranded oligonucleotide, characterized in that it is made up of two complementary oligonucleotide sequences that form a hybrid that each comprise at one of their 3 'or 5' ends from one to five unpaired nucleotides that form single-stranded ends overflowing the hybrid, one of them being oligonucleotide sequences complementary to a target sequence that belongs to a DNA or RNA molecule of a gene that encodes a mutated or non-mutated androgen receptor, one of said oligonucleotide sequences being represented in the sequence listing in annex with the SEQ number ID No. 15 or SEQ ID No. 16.
