A bispecific antibody consisting of three variable domains of the antibody on a single polypeptide chain, in which a first portion of the bispecific antibody is capable of replenishing the activity of a human immune effector cell by specifically binding to an effector antigen located on the human immune effector cell, in which the effector antigen is the human CD3 antigen, said first portion of a variable domain of the antibody being constituted, and a second portion of the bispecific antibody is capable of specifically binding to a target antigen located on a target cell other than said human immune effector cell, in which the target antigen is human EpCAM, said second portion being constituted of two variable domains of the antibody. |
