titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR MANUFACTURING MEDIUM DENSITY FIBER PANELS AND MOLDED FIBER PARTS WITH REDUCED EMISSION AND UNDER INFLATION.
abstract Process for manufacturing fiber panels, in particular medium density fiber panels, from lignocelluloses, in which the lignocelluloses are chemically-thermohydrolytically disintegrated and then the fibers are separated in a refiner, are provided with a binder, spread to form fiber mats and are pressed to form fiber panels, characterized in that the separation of the lignocellulosic fibers is carried out in the presence of condensed tannins added in the refiner and the contribution of binders to the fibers is performed according to the blow-line procedure (blow line) in a blender (mixer).
