abstract A method for producing a flexible elastomer composite polyurethane coating having an average weight per unit area of at least 0.6 kg / m2 and a medium flex modulus, measured in accordance with ASTM D790-03, less than 30 MPa, preferably less than 25 MPa, and more preferably less than 20 MPa, whose method comprises the steps of: - providing a first polyurethane reaction mixture; - spraying a layer of said first polyurethane reaction mixture on a surface of a mold, to produce a first elastomeric polyurethane layer having a first flexural modulus; - providing a second polyurethane reaction mixture comprising at least one aromatic polyisocyanate; - spraying a layer of the second polyurethane reaction mixture on at least a part of the layer of the first polyurethane reaction mixture, to produce a second layer of elastomeric polyurethane, which adheres to the first polyurethane layer and which It has a second flex module; and - separating the composite polyurethane coating, comprising the first and second polyurethane layers, from the mold surface, after having allowed the first and second polyurethane mixtures to cure, whereby - the first polyurethane reaction mixture it is composed of components comprising at least one isocyanate component, isocyanate reactive components, and a catalyst component, the isocyanate component of at least one isocyanate having at least two NCO- groups being composed, which are not directly linked to an aromatic group, and the catalyst component being substantially free of lead; - said first flexural modulus is greater than said average flexural modulus, but less than 35 MPa, and preferably less than 30 MPa; - said second flexural module is smaller than said average flexural module; and - the first and second polyurethane reaction mixtures are sprayed in amounts such that the first polyurethane layer has a first weight per unit area greater than 0.1 kg / m2, and the second polyurethane layer has a second weight per unit area greater than 0.3 kg / m2, the ratio between the weights per unit area first and second being selected so that said average flexural modulus is achieved.
