Compound of formula (A): ** (See formula) ** in which, the whole entity (A), with the exception of substituent X, is called MR36G-NR1R2-S-; R1 represents a saturated or unsaturated C1-C10 alkyl group, linear or branched, the alkyl chain being eventually interrupted by one or more heteroatom (s) chosen from O, S and N; R2 represents a hydrogen, a C1-C5 alkyl group, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, or an aryl, heteroaryl or (C1-C5) -alkylaryl group; R3 represents an -O-ethyl group; X represents a hydrogen, a radical -S-R4-W, or a radical MR36G-NR1R2-S-, with R4 being a C1-C8 alkyl group, saturated or unsaturated, and may comprise amide, ester, ether and , W being either an δ receptor antagonist, or an κ receptor antagonist, as well as one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. |
