abstract A modified L-nucleic acid, which comprises an L-nucleic acid moiety and a different L-nucleic acid moiety, wherein the L-nucleic acid moiety is conjugated to the different L-nucleic acid moiety, and the conjugation of the rest of L-nucleic acid with the other residue of L-nucleic acid results in delayed excretion of an organism compared to an L-nucleic acid comprising only the rest of L-nucleic acid, wherein said rest of L-nucleic acid is a spiegelmer and the different residue of L-nucleic acid is selected from the group consisting of linear poly (ethylene) glycol, branched poly (ethylene) glycol, hydroxyethyl starch, peptides, proteins, polysaccharides, sterols, polyoxypropylene, polyoxyamidate, poly (2-hydroxyethyl) -L-glutamine and precise polyethylene glycol.
