abstract Device for administering medication comprising a main housing (2); a multi-chamber container (30) comprising a first chamber containing a diluent, a second chamber containing a medicament agent, a bypass channel (35), an outlet (36) provided with means for connecting to an element (70 ) of administration of medicament and at least one longitudinally movable plunger; a pretreatment arrangement that acts on at least one longitudinally movable plunger to mix said medicament agent with said diluent and obtain a mixed medicament; impulse force means (7, 8, 10) acting on a longitudinally moving piston rod (14) that can exert a force on said container to administer the mixed medicament; and activation administration means (4, 5) acting on said impulse force means to initiate the administration of medicament through said medicament administration element characterized in that said pretreatment arrangement comprises operable means (20, 24) by click elastically and operatively connected to a second longitudinally movable second bar (60) that is partially arranged and can slide inside the longitudinally movable plunger rod (14), so that the click-actuated means are adapted to be activated manually and intermittently to activate gradually push the second rod (60) into said container and thus mix said medicating agent with said diluent.
