R4 is hydrogen, alkenyl (C2-C6), haloalkenyl (C2-C6), alkynyl (C2-C6), haloalkynyl (C2-C6), cycloalkyl (C3-C7), CO2-alkyl (C1-C6), CO2- alkenyl (C3-C6), CO2-alkynyl (C2-C6), CO2- (CH2) R11, CO2- (CH2) m R12, CHO, CO-cycloalkyl (C3-C7), COR11, COR12, SO2R13, alkyl ( C1-C6) or CO-(C1-C6) alkyl, whose last two groups mentioned are unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals R14; R5 is (C1-C6) alkyl, halo (C1-C6) alkyl, (C2-C6) alkenyl, (C2-C6) haloalkenyl, (C2-C6) alkynyl or (C2-C6) alkynyl; A is alkylene (C1-C6) or alkenylene (C2-C6) whose groups are unsubstituted or substituted with one or more radicals R16;
