titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF BENCIMIDAZOLS.
abstract Process for the preparation of a stabilized drug delivery system comprising the solution of sodium hydroxide in water suitable for injections, the pH adjustment of the solution above 12.0, the addition of mannitol and a benzimidazole compound to said previous solution, while maintaining the pH of said solution; the preparation of the solution at a desired volume with water suitable for injections and lyophilization of said solution prepared to obtain in powder form the drug delivery system that can be reconstituted with a solvent acceptable for parenteral use in order to form a solution for injection, while maintaining the solution at a temperature of 10ºC ± 2ºC throughout the process before lyophilization.
