abstract A composition for modulating immunity by in vivo targeting of an antigen to dendritic cells, the composition comprises: A preparation of membrane vesicles containing antigen or liposomes containing antigen having on the surface of the latter a plurality of chelating groups of metal, wherein metal chelating groups are head groups of amphiphilic molecules present within phospholipids and / or lipids comprising vesicles or liposomes; and a ligand, selected from the group consisting of an antibody, an antibody fragment or a domain antibody, which can specifically bind to a receptor on said dendritic cells, said ligand is linked to said metal chelating group via a label of metal affinity on said ligand; wherein, said vesicles containing antigen or liposomes include an immunomodulatory factor selected from a bacterial lipopolysaccharide and an interferon-γ.
