abstract |
A composition comprising a polypeptide comprising at least two antigen binding sites, wherein said at least two antigen binding sites are located in a single polypeptide chain, and wherein - one of said at least two sites of antigen binding specifically binds to human CD3 antigen; - said polypeptide can exist both in monomeric form and in multimeric form, said monomeric form being said simple polypeptide chain and said multimeric form comprising at least two of said simple polypeptide chains associated not covalently with each other; and - said multimeric form of said polypeptide constitutes no more than 5% of the total weight of the combined monomeric and multimeric forms of said polypeptide. |
