titleOfInvention SURGICAL INSTRUMENT AND PROCEDURE FOR THE TREATMENT OF AN ORGAN'S PROLAPSE.
abstract A surgical kit for carrying out a surgical procedure in a patient to restore an organ (58) prolapsed inside a pelvic region of the patient, comprising: a mesh (200) to support the organ, including the mesh a portion (202) of support sheet to be positioned substantially below the organ (58), which has a distal end region (204) and a proximal end region (206), a first and a second front fixing strips (208) which they extend from the proximal end region, and a first and a second rear fixation strips (210) extending from the distal end region; a first guide needle (300) to penetrate the tissue inside the patient's body, to create a passage through the pelvic region of the patient through which the first or second strips (208, 210 can be pulled) ) of front or rear fastening, the guiding needle having a proximal end and a blunt tip (306) for penetration of the tissue at a distal end, and partly defined a curved shaft (304) having a first curvature; a second guide needle (352) to penetrate the tissue inside the patient's body and create a passage through the pelvic region of the patient through which the first or second front or rear fixation trias can be pulled , the guide wire having a proximal end and a blunt tip (366) of penetration of the tissue at a distal end, and partly defining a curved shaft (354, 358, 360), and coupling means for coupling a distal end of each of the first and second front and rear fastening strips (208; 210) to the distal end of the first and second guiding needles (300; 352); in which the axis (354, 358, 360) curved of the second guide needle (352) has a different curvature than that of the first guide needle (300), and in which the passage created by the first needle ( 300) of guidance is different from that of the second guide needle (352).
