titleOfInvention FLEXIBLE PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OIL BASES AND MEDIUM DISTILLATES FROM CARGO CONTAINING HETEROATOMS.
abstract Procedure for the production of oils and middle distillates from a load containing more than 200 ppm by weight of nitrogen and more than 500 ppm by weight of sulfur and in which at least 20% of the volume boils above 340 ° C , the charge is selected from the group consisting of vacuum distillates obtained from the direct distillation of the crude product or conversion units, hydrocracking residues, vacuum distillates that come from the desulfurization or hydroconversion of atmospheric residues or vacuum residues , of deasphalted oils or their mixtures, which includes the following stages: (a) hydrofined cargo, made at a temperature of 330ºC-450ºC, at a pressure of 5-25 MPa, with a spatial velocity of 0.1-10h- 1 in the presence of hydrogen in the hydrogen / hydrocarbon volumetric ratio of 100-2000, and in the presence of an amorphous catalyst comprising a support and at least one non-noble metal of group VIII, at least one metal of the group VI B and at least one doping element selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, boron and silicon. (b) from the effluent obtained in step (a) separation of at least the gases and the boiling point compounds below 150 ° C, optionally including a vacuum distillation, (c) catalytic dewaxing of at least a part of the effluent obtained in step (b) and containing boiling point compounds greater than 340 ° C, performed at a temperature of 200-500 ° C, at a total pressure of 1-25 MPa, with a volumetric hourly rate of 0.05-50 h -1 with 50-20001 of hydrogen / l loading, and in the presence of a catalyst comprising at least one hydro-dehydrogenating element and at least one molecular sieve, selected from the group of zeolites formed by Ferrierita, UN-10, EU- 13, EU-1, ZSM-48, (d) hydro-finishing of at least part of the effluent obtained in step (c) carried out at a temperature of 180-400 ° C, at a pressure of 1-25 MPa, with a volumetric velocity time of 0.05-100 h-1, in the presence of 50-20001 hydrogen / l load and in pre semen of an amorphous catalyst at least one hydro-dehydrogenating metal and at least one halogen; and (e) separation of the effluent obtained in step (d) to obtain at least a fraction of oil, said separation including vacuum distillation.
