A compound of Formula I ** (See formula) ** in which: each of A and C is hydrogen; M is selected from the group consisting of optionally substituted C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C6 alkenyl, C1-C6 alkynyl and - (CH2) qB in which B is selected from the group comprising optionally substituted carbocyclic aryl, optionally substituted heteroalicyclic which it has 3 to 8 atoms in the ring and at least one atom of N, O or S in the ring and a heteroaromatic group that has a single ring with 5 or 6 atoms in the ring and at least one atom of N, O or S in the ring; where q in "- (CH2) q-B" is selected from 1, 2, 3 and 4; U is (CH2) p in which p is selected from 0, 1 and 2; each of V and Q is independently hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted alkenyl, optionally substituted alkynyl, C1-C6 heteroalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkyl, heterocycloalkyl C3-C6 C1-C6 alkyl, arylalkyl, -CR1R2 -W, wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from H and C1-C6 alkyl; or R1 and R2 can form a C3-C6 cycloalkyl with the carbon to which they are attached; W is selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl C1-C6 alkyl, aryl and heteroaryl; being at least one of V and Q other than hydrogen; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
