A process for the preparation of a bioadhesive vehicle for delayed-release mucous membranes comprising: a) mixing at least one active ingredient with an alkali metal alkyl sulfate and a diluent; b) moisten the said mixture with a binder; c) drying and calibrating said mixture; d) granulate said mixture to form primary granules; e) mixing said primary granules with at least one bioadhesive polymer and with at least one sustained release polymer and with at least one compression agent and f) compressing the mixture cited in e). |
