abstract | A surgical assembly comprising: a surgical passage device having a cable part (500) coupled to a handle (502), the cable part having a free distal end (505), having an outer periphery (190) and having at least one recess (301) therein in a region of the distal end; a tube element (202) having a proximal end (206), and a channel (204) extending therein from an opening in the proximal end and defined by an inner periphery (192), the channel having at least one projection (205) projecting outward in the channel in a region of the distal end (209) thereof. wherein the outer periphery of the surgical passage device has dimensions relative to the inner periphery of the tube element channel so that the surgical passage device can be positioned within the tube element and in which, when positioned therefrom Thus, at least the projection of a tube element is coupled to at least one recess of a surgical passage device for detachably coupling the surgical passage device to the tube element, in which there is substantially no interference between the passage device surgical and the tube element, apart from at least the projection of a tube element; characterized in that the tube element (202) has a distal end (203) that penetrates the tissue. |
