THE PRESENT INVENTION IS RELATED TO A DNA MOLECULA CONTAINING INTRON SEQUENCES AND CODIFYING A HUMAN PROTEIN WHICH IS, DEPENDING ON THE POINT OF ACTION, DENOMINATED LIPASE STIMULATED BY BILIAR SALT (LESB) OR LIPASA DE LTERO DE CARBO. THE DNA MOLECULA IS USED ADVANTAGLY IN THE PRODUCTION OF RECOMBINED HUMAN LESB CELL, PREFERIBLY BY MEANS OF PRODUCTION IN NON-HUMAN TRANSGENIC MAMMALS. THE RECOMBINED HUMAN LESB CELL CAN BE USED AS A CONSTITUENT OF CHILD FORMULAS USED TO FEED CHILDREN AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR HUMAN MILK, OR IN THE MANUFACTURE OF DRUGS AGAINST P. EJ. BAD FAT ABSORPTION, CHYSICAL FIBROSIS AND CHRONIC PANCREATITIS. |
