The mechanism resistant to gastric juices that releases excipient from the active substance, whose passage through the intestine is delayed and with a coverage resistant to gastric juices, is characterized by the fact that the excipient of active ingredient contains at least one principle active present in the form of multiparticular preparation, whose individual particles form a film of at least two layers, of which at least one has mucoadhesive properties, and that in said mechanism there is a propellant that generates gas in contact with a liquid, being said propellant agent contained in said device as an additional multiparticular preparation that causes the dispersion of the preparation containing the multiparticular active ingredient, in which the individual preparations containing the active ingredient and the individual preparations containing the propellant are presented in alternate layers in said mechanism. |
