Compounds of the general formula ** (See formula) ** characterized in that R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen or lower alkyl substituted by halogen; R is hydrogen or halogen; or R1 and R are together with the carbon atom to which they bind -CH = CH-CH = CH-; R2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl optionally substituted by halogen, or is hetaryl, optionally substituted by lower alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkoxy, phenyloxy, benzyloxy, S-lower alkyl, halogen, CN, lower alkyl substituted by halogen or O-lower alkyl substituted by halogen; R4 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, aryl is phenyl or naphthyl; n is 1, 2 or 3; m is 1 or 2; where lower alkyl means a straight or branched saturated chain group containing from 1 to 7 carbon atoms; Lower alkoxy means a group in which the alkyl residues are as defined above, and which is linked by means of an oxygen atom; lower alkenyl means alkyl residues containing up to 7 carbon atoms and wherein at least one carbon bond is a double bond; hetaryl means a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl ring, which contains at least one heteroatom; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and tautomers thereof. |
