Addition to problem sample cellsnContaminated with PLTXs decreases cell viabilitynproportional to the concentration of PLTXs in the sample.nThe presence of the PLTXs toxicity inhibitor during thenexposure of cells to problem samples contaminated withnPLTXs specifically prevent its toxicity. The comparison ofnsurvival levels of cells treated with the samplencontaminated with PLTXs with respect to the values obtained in cropsntreated with varying concentrations of purified PLTX allowsndetermine the concentration of PLTXs present in the samplentrouble. |
