abstract |
A method for producing insulinotropic GLP-1 (7-36) polypeptide and / or GLP-1 analogs consisting of: (a) Introducing two points with restrictive individual endonuclease cleavage capable of forming a hybrid point at the two terminals of the gene which can encode the GLP-1 polypeptide (7-36) and / or GLP-1 analogs; (b) Bind the cohesive ends to form a hybrid point after digestion with the restrictive endonucleases, and clone in a vector N copies of the GLP-1 gene (7-36) attached to the series, GLP-1 analogue gene, or interactively linked genes encoding the GLP-1 polypeptide (7-36) or GLP-1 analogs, where N is an integer between 2 and 32; (c) Transform the vector containing the gene bound to the series into a host cell.
