Aqueous dispersions of alkyl kethene dimers, containing at least 15% by weight of an alkyl kethene dimer as well as at least one water-soluble cationic starch, aluminum sulfate and at least one condensation product formed by naphthalene sulfonic acid and formaldehyde or by lignosulfonic acid or their salts, respectively, characterized in that the dispersions contain, respectively referred to the alkyl kethene dimer, from 2 to 50% by weight of aluminum sulfate, the dispersions also containing 0.1 and 5% by weight of a saturated carboxylic acid with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, benzenesulfonic acid, ptoluenesulfonic acid and / or a mineral acid, with an aluminum sulphate content between 2 and 15% by weight. |
