titleOfInvention | NEW TRICYCLE DERIVATIVES, THE PREPARATION PROCEDURE AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM. |
abstract | Compounds of Formula (I): ** (See formula) ** where * A represents a cycle, aromatic or non-aromatic, containing 5, 6 or 7 bonds and containing 1 or 2 heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen , the latter may be substituted with a linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl group, it being understood that the cycle A thus defined cannot contain 2 sulfur atoms or 2 oxygen atoms and that one of the bonds can represent a group C = O; * n and n '', identical or different, represent 0, 1 or 2, with 0 <n + n '' <4; * R3 represents an aryl or heteroaryl group; * X represents a linear or branched alkylene chain containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, of which one or two of the carbon atoms can (n) be replaced by an oxygen atom, a cycloalkylene group, an arylene group, a heteroarylene group or an SO2 group; * one of the groups R1 or R2 represents a hydrogen atom and the other represents a group of Formula (II): where - Y represents a group C = O or CH2; - R5 represents a hydrogen atom and in this case R6 represents a hydrogen atom or a group -NR7R''7 or -CH2-NR7R''7, representing R7 and R''7, identical or different, each independently, a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl group substituted with one or more aryl, heteroaryl, aryloxy, heteroaryloxy, arylthio, heteroarylthio, heterocycloalkyl, or -NR10R''10 groups, where: H R10 and R ' '10, identical or different, are selected from hydrogen, linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl, linear or branched (C1-C6) alkoxy, aryl and heteroaryl; H or R10 and R''10 form a cyclic or bicyclic group, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted with a heteroatom selected from oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur, it being understood that a bond or several bonds can (n) represent a group C = O or it may be substituted as provided by the definition of the heterocycle, below; - or R5 and R6 form with the two carbon atoms that carry them an aromatic or non-aromatic cycle containing 5 or 6 bonds, among which a nitrogen atom next to a group SO2, and may contain in addition to the nitrogen atom another nitrogen atom and / or an SO2 group, the cycle thus defined being substituted with an R7 group as defined above; - R4 represents a halogen atom or a group NO2, R8, SO2-R9, linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl or linear or branched (C1-C6) alkoxy, where R8 can adopt all values of R7 as it is defined above; - R9 represents an amino group or a linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms; it being understood that: - "aryl" means a phenyl, naphthyl or biphenyl group; - "heteroaryl" means any mono- or bicyclic group that has at least one aromatic part and that contains 5 to 10 bonds and may contain 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen, such as furan, thiophene groups , pyrrole, imidazoline, pyridine, quinolein, isoquinoline, chromane, indole, benzothiophene, benzofuran, 1,3-benzodioxol and 2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxine; - "heterocycloalkyl" means any mono- or bicyclic non-aromatic group containing from 4 to 10 bonds and which may contain from 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen; - "cycloalkyl" means any mono- or bicyclic non-aromatic group containing from 4 to 10 bonds; the aryl, heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl and cycloalkyl groups thus defined may be substituted with 1 to 3 groups selected from linear or branched (C1-C6) alkyl, optionally substituted with a linear or branched hydroxyl or amino, (C1-C6) alkoxy group, hydroxyl, carboxyl, formyl, nitro, cyano, amino, linear or branched (C1-C6) polyhaloalkyl, alkyloxycarbonyl or halogen atoms; - by "arylene", "heteroarylene" and "cycloalkylene" means respectively an aryl, heteroaryl and cycloalkyl group as defined above, inserted instead of a carbon atom of the alkylene chain; their enantiomers and diastereoisomers, as well as their addition salts to a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base. |
