abstract | Tricepts milling head with control ofnelectromechanical depthn n n It comprises a mouthpiece (4) with a mouthpiecen(5) for introducing an excess rod (1) of a rivet (2); Ynagainst which includes a strawberry (6) to perform shaving of thenstem (1) of the different rivets made in one piece. Bencharacterized in that the milling cutter is fixed by a spring (11) ofnmilling compensation and the nozzle, (4) is fixed with anheight of separation from the milling cutter (6) equal to the height ofnmilling, so that the mouth (5) determines a mechanical stopnmilling depth when contacting the surface (17) of thenrivet head (2). The nozzle (4) is height adjustable fornselect the milling height adapting to the differentnexisting rivets in the market.n n n It includes an electric stop (16, 14) fromnfrom which, after the mechanical stop occurs, the withdrawal is carried outnof the head to make a new rivet. |
