Process for the preparation of binders containing allophanate groups that have groups that under the action of actinic radiation react with polymerization with ethylenically unsaturated compounds and if necessary also reactive groups against NCO, in which A) one or more compounds are reacted containing uretdione groups and with NCO functionality primarily with B) one or more compounds having reactive groups against isocyanates and groups that under the action of actinic radiation react with polymerization with ethylenically unsaturated compounds, and then C) with one or more compounds that they contain hydroxyl groups other than B), at least one of these compounds having an OH functionality of> 2, D) in the presence of one or more compounds containing phenolate groups as catalysts and E) optionally adjuvants and additives, the reaction proceeding with compounds of the component C) at least partially trained of allophanate groups. |
