Luminal stent, inserted into a blood vessel, in which said stent is composed of a biodegradable polymer material in the form of a tube; said biodegradable polymer material swelling to be impregnated with a drug exposing the biodegradable material and the drug to a supercritical fluid for a predetermined time to allow the biodegradable polymer material to swell and allow the impregnation of this biodegradable polymer material swollen with the drug; and wherein the swelling temperature of said biodegradable polymer material is lower than the thermal decomposition temperature of said drug. |
