titleOfInvention FLUIDIFIED MILK BOILER AND SULFOROUS FUEL COMBUSTION PROCEDURE IN A FLUIDIFIED MILK BOILER.
abstract Method of combustion of sulfurous fuel in a fluidized bed boiler (10), said process comprising the following steps: a) forming a fluidized bed of particles in an oven (12) of a fluidized bed boiler (10), in which Sulfurized bed fuel is introduced, sulfur fixing agent containing CaCO3 and combustion air, whereby the fuel is burned and exhaust gases are generated, and said sulfur fixing agent containing CaCO3 is calcined in CaO and fixes the SO2 formed in combustion; b) recovering the thermal energy of said exhaust gases in a heat exchange medium circulating in the heat exchange tubes (38) of a heat exchanger (36) disposed in an exhaust gas channel (28) ; and c) collecting the ash containing CaO from the fluidized bed boiler (10), characterized in that said heat exchanger (36) is adjusted in the exhaust gas channel at a temperature at which the aqueous acid solution condenses on the outer surfaces of said thermo-exchange tubes (38), said aqueous solution being collected and neutralized by mixing it in a mixing vessel (52) with the ashes collected in step c).
