titleOfInvention | DIRECT SELECTION METHOD OF ANTIGEN T SPECIFIC CELLS. |
abstract | A method of labeling antigen-specific T cells with a product secreted and released by the cells, in which the product is secreted in response to antigenic stimulation, said method comprising: (a) exposing a mixed population of cells comprising T cells at least one antigen under effective conditions to generate a specific antigen stimulation of at least one T cell and allow the expression of at least one product by the stimulated T cell, in which the product is secreted in response to antigenic stimulation; (b) modify the surface of the cells to contain a specific capture residue for the product so that the rest of the capture is coupled to the cell surface, (c) cultivate the population under conditions in which the product is secreted, it is released and specifically binds to the rest of the capture, thus marking the product secretory cells; and in which steps (a) and (b) can be performed in any order. |
