Use of non-ionic surfactants to reduce the adhesion of Microorganisms to surfaces, characterized in that non-ionic surfactants are selected from: a) Addition products of 5 to 15 units of ethylene oxide to C 6-C 12-alkylphenols, b) Products for adding 10 to 22 units of ethylene oxide to fatty alcohols with 10 to 22 C atoms, c) Addition products of 5 to 11 units of ethylene oxide to fatty alcohols with 10 to 20 C atoms, d) Addition products of between 8 and 12 units of ethylene oxide to fatty alcohols with 18 and 26 C atoms, e) Addition products of between 3 and 7 units of ethylene oxide and between 2 and 6 units of propylene oxide a fatty alcohols with between 10 and 16 C atoms. |
