THE MATERIAL INCLUDES AN EXTRUDER THROUGH WHICH A FIBER ADVANCED FOOD MIXTURE, WHOSE EXTREME DISCHARGE OUTPUT IS EQUIPPED WITH A NOZZLE ASSEMBLY THAT CAUSES A STATE OF LAMINAR FLOW IN THE CURRENT OF THE FOOD MATERIAL. THE NOZZLE ASSEMBLY IS BUILT WITH A FIRST SEPARATION PLATE, WITH AN ANNULAR OPENING PLACED TO RECEIVE AND STABILIZE THE FOOD CURRENT EXPRESSED THROUGH THE NOZZLE ASSEMBLY. A BRAKE PLATE, NEXT TO THE FIRST SEPARATION PLATE, RECEIVES THE FOOD CURRENT WITH A STABLE FLOW AND EFFECTS A FIRST DISCONTINUOUS ALIGNMENT OF THE FIBERS IN THE CURRENT. A SECOND SEPARATION PLATE RECEIVES THE FOOD CURRENT THAT COMES OUT BY THE BRAKE PLATE. THE SECOND SEPARATION PLATE HAS A LENGTH OF AT LEAST THE DOUBLE OF THE FIRST, IN WHICH THE FIBERS OF THE FOOD CURRENT ARE ALIGNED IN A CONTINUOUS STATE OF TRANSVERSAL ALIGNMENT. FROM THERE THE FOOD CURRENT ADVANCES THROUGH THE HOLES OF A PANEL OF NOZZLES, PLACED TO RECEIVE THE MIXTURE OF FOOD INGREDIENTS THAT COMES OUT OF THE SECOND SEPARATION PLATE.
