titleOfInvention SILICONE COMPOSITION FOR THE LINING OF SUBSTRATES OF TEXTILE MATTER.
abstract Process for preparing a plaster composition of the cold vulcanizable type (EVF), the said composition comprising: (1) at least one polyorganosiloxane having, per molecule, at least two C 2 -C 6 alkenyl groups attached to the silicon, (2) at least one polyorganosiloxane having, per molecule, at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon, (3) a catalytically effective amount of at least one catalyst, composed of at least one metal belonging to the platinum group , (4) a ternary adhesion promoter consisting of: (4.1) at least one alkoxylated organosilane containing, per molecule, at least one C 3 -C 6 alkenyl group, (4.2) at least one organosilitized compound that it comprises at least one epoxy radical, (4.3) at least one metal chelate M and / or a metal alkoxide of the general formula: M (OJ) n, with n = valence of M and J = linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl , M being chosen from the group consisting of: Ti, Zr, Ge, Li, Mn, Fe, Al and Mg, (5) a charge of reinforcing silica treated in situ by a compatibilizing agent in the presence of polyorganosiloxane (1), (6) an extension extender polyorganosiloxane and having terminal siloxyl units with hydrogen functions, (7) possibly a neutralizer, (8) possibly a crosslinking inhibitor and / or other additive (s) in use in this type of compositions, (9) and possibly expanded or expandable inorganic hollow microspherical fillers, characterizing the indicated procedure because, in order to obtain the plaster composition considered, it is essential to perform the combination: - of the preparation of a reinforcing silica filler suspension in the presence of this silica filler with the compatibilizing agent and the polyorganosiloxane (1), introducing the indicated two-stage compatibilizing agent in a preparation medium containing the filler of reinforcing silica and polyorganosiloxane: for one pa before, and / or substantially simultaneously with the introduction in the presence of at least a part of the polyorganosiloxane used with at least a portion of the silica charge used, this introduction of compatibilizing agent (portion 1) being carried out in one or more times and corresponding to a proportion less than or equal to 8%, in dry weight in relation to the total load; and on the other hand (portion 2), after being placed in the presence of the polyorganosiloxane; - the use of polyorganosiloxane (6) chain extender; and - the use of a ternary adhesion promoter (4) that includes an organosiloxane having at least one C3-C6 alkenyl group.
