THIS INVENTION REFERS TO COMPOSITIONS DERIVED FROM MOLECULES OF IMMUNOGLOBULIN SPECIFIC TO VIRUS OF HEPATITIS C (HCV). IN PARTICULAR, THE INVENTION REFERS TO CAPABLE MOLECULES OF SPECIFICALLY JOINING THE HCV ANTIGEN E2. MOLECULES ARE USEFUL IN TESTS OF SPECIFIC UNIONS, AFFINITY PURIFICATION PLANS AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS FOR THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF INFECTIONS CAUSED BY HCV IN MAMMERS. THE INVENTION ALSO REFERS TO NEW HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC TO THE ANTIGEN E2 OF HCV, TO FRAGMENTS OF SUCH MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES, POLYPEPTIDES THAT HAVE A STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONING SUBSTANTIALLY MANUFACTURING FROM ONE TO THIRD-PARTY ANTI-MANUFACTURING UNITS, NUCLEIC ACIDS THAT CODIFY THESE POLYPEPTIDES AND EXPRESSION VECTORS CONTAINING NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULES. |
