Said oligonucleotides act as primers and probe, respectively, against the target sequences of said genes.n n n The detection, identification and quantification of Clostridium tyrobutyricum isolates is carried out by standard PCR technology in any of its known variants, especially through the use of real-time PCR using TaqMan type probes, and characterized in that for the amplification of the fla gene region of the Clostridium tyrobutyricum isolate to be determined said oligonucleotides are used. |
