abstract | New dimers of functionalized bile acids at position 24 of the alkyl chain of bile salt. Procedures for obtaining and applications. The new compounds result from the conjugation of 24-amino derivatives of natural bile acids, colic, deoxycholic, ursodeoxycholic, chenodeoxycholic and lithocolic acid with activated acidic compounds that act as a bridge between the two steroids. The bridges used are those derived from the compounds: N, N'-1,2-ethanediylbis [N (carboxymethyl), 1,1'-dimethyl ester] glycine; 1,4-dimethyl ester-1,2,4,5-benzene tetracarboxylic acid; 1,5-dimethyl ester-1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid; Y N, N-bis [2- (2,6-dioxo-4-morpholinyl) ethyl] glycine. The procedures used for the preparation of the above derivatives consist of reactions; (1) of the amino group of bile acid with an acid chloride; (2) of the amino group of bile acid with an acid activated with species such as DEPC or HOBt / DCC or DIC; and (3) of the amino group of bile acid with an anhydride. From the synthesized acids, the sodium and potassium salts are obtained. |
