abstract A method for the identification of a compound that interacts with ZAP-70, comprising the steps of: a) providing a protein preparation containing phosphorylated ZAP-70, b) contacting the protein preparation with 7- (4 -Aminomethyl-phenylamino) -3- (2,6-dichloro-phenyl) -1-methyl-1H- [1,6] naphthyridin-2-one immobilized on a solid support under conditions that allow the formation of a ZAP complex -70 phosphorylated with 7- (4-Aminomethyl-phenylamino) -3- (2,6-dichloro-phenyl) -1-methyl-1H- [1,6] naphthyridine-2-one, c) incubate the ZAP complex -70 phosphorylated with 7- (4-Aminomethyl-phenylamino) -3- (2,6-dichloro-phenyl) -1-methyl- 1 H- [1,6] naphthyridine-2-one with a given compound, and d) determine if the compound is capable of separating phosphorylated ZAP-70 from 7- (4-Aminomethyl-phenylamino) -3- (2,6-dichloro-phenyl) -1-methyl-1H- [1,6] naphthyridine-2 -one immobilized.
