abstract | Laminated vulcanized rubber obtained by thermal adhesion of a layer of a non-vulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber composition (A) to a layer of non-vulcanized fluorine rubber composition (B), in which (A) the epichlorohydrin rubber composition Non-vulcanized comprises (1) 100 parts by weight of a non-vulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber containing a unit of allyl glycidyl ether, or a mixture of non-vulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber that includes at least one non-vulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber containing a unit of allyl glycidyl ether, the molar ratio of the unit with respect to the total of rubbers being 3 to 15 molar%, (2) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent selected from the group consisting of vulcanizing agents based on quinoxaline, thiourea-based vulcanizing agents, bisphenol-based vulcanizing agents or a mixture thereof, and (3) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a selected component from the group consisting of 1,8-diazabicyclo (5,4,0) undecene-7 salts, 1,5-diazabicyclo (4,3,0) noneno-5 salts, quaternary ammonium salts, basic white carbons, and salts of alkali metal of higher fatty acids or a mixture thereof, with the proviso that the content of the basic white carbons is 0.1 to 30 parts by weight, and (B) the non-vulcanized fluorine rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a non-vulcanized fluorine rubber and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent based on organic peroxide. |
