abstract | A compound of formula I: ** see formula ** in which Z is -O- n is an integer from 0 to 5; any of the substituents R 1 may be attached to any free carbon atom of the indole group; m is 2; R b represents hydrogen or methyl; R 1 represents methyl, ethyl, trifluoromethyl or halogen; wherein a group R 2 is in the 6-position of the cinoline ring, and represents hydrogen, C 1-3 alkoxy, cyano, trifluoromethyl, C1-3 alkylsulfanyl, fluorine, chlorine, bromine or nitro; and the other group R 2 is in position 7 of the cinolin ring and represents R 5 X 1 -, in which X 1 represents -O- and R 5 is selected from one of the following three groups: 1) alkyl (C1 -5) -X 4 -alkyl (C1-5) -X 5 R 22 (where X 4 and X 5 are both -O-) and R 22 represents hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl or (C1-3) alkoxy -alkyl (C2-3); 2) (C 1-5) -R 28 alkyl (wherein R 28 is pyrrolidinyl, piperazinyl, piperidinyl, azetidinyl, morpholino or thiomorpholino whose group may carry 1 or 2 substituents selected from oxo, hydroxy, halogen, cyano, C1 cyanoalkyl -3, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 hydroxyalkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, (C1-2) alkoxy-C1-3 alkyl, (C1-2) alkyl-sulfonyl (C1-3) alkyl, (C1-) alkoxy 3) -carbonyl, C1-3 alkylamino, di (C1-3 alkyl) amino, (C1-3) alkyl amino (C1-3) alkyl, di (C 1-3 alkyl) amino (C 1-3) alkyl ), C 1-3 alkyl (C 1-3) alkoxy, di (C 1-3 alkyl) amino C 1-3 alkoxy and a group - (- O-) f (C 1 alkyl) -3) ganillo D (where f is 0 or 1, g is 0 or 1 and ring D is a heterocyclic group selected from pyrrolidinyl, methylpiperazinyl, piperidinyl, azetidinyl, morpholino and thiomorpholino); and 3) alkyl (C1-5) -R 29 (wherein R 29 represents a 5-6 membered pyridone, phenyl or heterocyclic aromatic group, with 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from O, N and S, whose group can preferably carry up to 2 substitutes listeners selected from halogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy and cyano); or a compound selected from: 4- (4-fluoro-2-methylindole-5-yloxy) -7- (R) - (2-hydroxy-3- (piperidin-1-yl) propoxy) -6-methoxycinoline, 4 - (4-Fluoro-2-methylindole-5-yloxy) -7- (R) - (2-hydroxy-3- (pyrrolidin-1-yl) propoxy) -6-methoxycinoline, or one of its salts. |
