abstract | Medication, characterized in that it comprises as active compound at least one compound of the following general formula (A): ** see formula ** in which: - a represents a single bond or no bond, - c represents 0 when M is absent or 1 when M is present, - R1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, aryl of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, linear alkoxy or branched from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkoxy of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, aryloxy of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, linear or branched alkylthio of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkylthio of 3 at 7 carbon atoms, arylthio of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more groups, identical or different, selected from a halogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, optionally replaced by one or several halogen atoms, or an aryl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms; - R 2 represents a nitrogen heteroaryl group or a nitrogen heterocycle of 5 to 6 atoms having 1 to 4 nitrogen atoms; - R3 and R4 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, or a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, aryl of 6 to 14 atoms carbon, linear or branched alkoxy of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkoxy of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, aryloxy of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, linear or branched alkylthio of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkylthio saturated or unsaturated of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, or arylthio of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more groups, identical or different, selected from a halogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 at 6 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or several halogen atoms, or an aryl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, if necessary, an alkyl group can bridge the carbon atoms at positions 3 and 4 of the phosphol cycle which contains, resp ectively, the substituents R3 and R4, so that it forms a cycle of 3 to 8 carbon atoms; - R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a five or six link heterocycle having 1 to 4 nitrogen or sulfur atoms, or a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl of 3 at 7 carbon atoms, aryl of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, linear or branched alkoxy of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkoxy of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, aryloxy of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, alkylthio linear or branched of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, saturated or unsaturated cycloalkylthio of 3 to 7 carbon atoms, or arylthio of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more groups, identical or different, selected from a halogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms, or an aryl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms; - where appropriate (b = 1) M represents a metal atom, which eventually contains 1 to 2 substituents, R6 and R7, identical or different, substituents that are selected from a halogen atom, a thio-osidic group of 3 at 60 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or several groups, identical or different, selected from the protecting groups of hydroxyl groups and amines, such as an alkanoyl group of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or an arylcarbonyl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, a peptide group comprising 1 to 5 amino acids, of which at least one comprises a thio group, such as S-cysteine or S-glutathione, or a linear or branched thioalkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a saturated or unsaturated thiocycloalkyl group of 3 to 7 carbon atoms or a thioaryl or thioheteroaryl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more groups, identical or different, selected from a volume of halogen, an alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms, or an aryl group of 6 to 14 carbon atoms; in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle. |
