Nano-printing mold, comprising a base metal mold having a structured printing surface and an anti-adhesive layer formed on the printing surface, whose anti-adhesive layer comprises a fluorinated alkyl phosphoric acid derivative or an alkyl acid derivative fluorinated polyphosphorus, including a phosphorus atom (P) and a substituent group (R) comprising an alkyl, characterized in that the non-stick layer is directly bonded to the printing surface of the base metal mold and because the substituent group contains atoms selected from the group consisting of hydrogen (H), carbon (C) and fluorine (F) with the P atom attached directly to a C atom of the substituent group. |
