Procedure for the preparation of an antiallergic extract to be used as a medicine, characterized in that the extract is prepared in the following stages: a) collection of dry barn dust, b) possibly homogenization of the powder, c) suspension of the powder, possibly homogenized, in water or in an aqueous buffer solution containing mono or bivalent salts, chosen from NaCl, Na2SO4, KCl, LiCl, MgCl2 and CaCl2, preferably a 0.9% NaCl solution, at room temperature or lower, d) possibly disintegration of the powder components, e) sedimentation of the solid components of the suspension and removal of the aqueous supernatant, the supernatant constituting the extract after sedimentation, f) eventually dialysis of the aqueous supernatant where no contribution is made during the entire preparation process of heat |
