Adhesive structure for fixing to the skin comprising an adhesive that has a surface for fixing to the skin for fixing to the skin, transmitting the wet vapor adhesive at a rate exceeding 250 grams per square meter for 24 hours according to the ASTM E96, and a support material on the opposite side of the adhesive to the skin-fixing surface, the support material comprising a non-woven fabric and a perforated or microporous film, the support material including an olefin-based polymer and also transmitting wet steam at a rate exceeding 250 grams per square meter for 24 hours according to ASTM E96, and in which the adhesive comprises polyurethane, polyacrylate, polysiloxane, its copolymers or hydrogel adhesives. |
