A derivative of N - [(1-dimethylaminocycloalkyl) methyl] benzamide having the general formula I (See formula) in which n is 0, 1,2 or 3; R1 and R2 are independently H, (C1-4) alkyl or (C1-4) alkyloxy; R3 is (C3-8) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C4-7), cycloalkyl (C4-7) alkyl (C1-3), aryl (C6-12) (C1-3) alkyl (in which the aryl moiety is optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents selected from (C1-4) alkyl, (C1-4) alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl and methoxycarbonyl), or (C4-9) heteroaryl (C1-3) alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
