abstract Process for controlling one or more of the ratio of high molecular weight polymer to low molecular weight polymer and the comonomer distribution in a gas phase fluidized bed polymerization in a single reactor at a temperature between 50 ° C and 120 ° C of a reaction mixture comprising one or more of hydrogen, nitrogen, non-polymerizable C1-7 hydrocarbons and C2-8 olefins in the presence of an activator and a dual catalyst, in which both catalyst components are in the same support and the activity of each catalyst has a different response to one or more of temperature, partial pressure of hydrogen in the reaction mixture, partial pressure of ethylene in the reaction mixture and the amount of nitrogen and inert hydrocarbons in the reaction mixture .
