Process for preparing polyesters such as poly (ethylene terephthalate), poly (propylene terephthalate) and poly (butylene terephthalate) from molten masses of pre-condensed polyesters, in which vapors with distributed precondensate constituents of aerosol type are conducted by a polycondensation reactor and / or an annular disk reactor in which the precondensate constituents precipitate in the reactor wall and in a reactor exit chamber in a separation device, characterized in that the precipitates are conducted to the discharge sump without agitation and the upper layers of the discharge sump are continuously recirculated to the agitated reactor area and with this it is subjected to an inverse mixing and additional polycondensation, presenting for this the last separation plate (2) that is located between the chamber of exit and the agitated chamber located in front of it at least one drain opening (3) in the part emerge te of the agitator, as well as at least one return opening (5) in the submerged part of the agitator. |
