The use of a composition comprising Neisseria outer membrane vesicles containing Opa that does not bind to CEACAM1 and that do not have substantially Opa that binds to CEACAM1 for the manufacture of a vaccine for the treatment or prevention of a meningococcal disease , in which the outer membrane vesicles are from Neisseria that has been modified by mutation to express an Opa that does not bind to CEACAM1. |
