titleOfInvention INTRAOCULAR LENS AND PROCEDURE TO PRODUCE MOLDED TYPE INTRAOCULAR LENSES.
abstract A soft intraocular lens having (i) an optical part formed of a deformable soft material that functions as a substitute lens for a lens of the lens, and (ii) a haptic part that - is formed by arm-like members extending outward from parts perimeter of the optical part so that a first angle with a plane is formed at a right angle to the optical axis of the optical part as the haptic part extends outwardly from its initial part in the vicinity of the optical part , and - provided with a flexible part that, when a compression force is exerted externally on the haptic part so that at least any point of the haptic part moves towards the optical part, it can absorb at least part of the compression force external deformation and decreases the force to be transmitted to the optical part, comprising (a). a flexible first part that flexes to form a second angle opposite the first angle, with a plane at the right angle with the optical axis of the optical part in a position located outside the initial part of the haptic part, and (b ). a second flexible part that flexes to form a third angle opposite the second angle, with a plane at the right angle with the optical axis of the optical part in a position located outside the first flexible part.
