A compound of the formula I (See formula) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters thereof, wherein Z1, Z2 and Z3, independently of one another, mean C1-C6 alkoxy, -CH2OCH3 or -CH2OCH2CH3, or one of Z1, Z2 and Z3 is -H and the remaining two, independently of each other, are C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, -Cl, -Br, -F, -CF3, -CH2OCH3, -CH2OCH2CH3, -OCH2CH2R1, -CH2-morpholino, -OR2, -CH2R2, -OCH2-CF3, -OCH (CH3) CH2OH or -COOQ, where Q means -H or C1-C6 alkyl, or one of Z1, Z3 and Z3 is -H and the remaining two together with the two carbon atoms and the links between them and the benzene ring, to which they are eventually substituted, form an unsaturated or saturated ring of 5 or 6 links containing at least one heteroatom chosen from S, N and O, where R1 means -F, -OCH3, -N (CH3) 2 or an unsaturated 5-link ring containing at least one heteroatom, said heteroatom being chosen from S, N and O, R2 is a saturated ring from 3 to 6 links ones and Y1 and Y2, independently of each other, are -Cl, -Br, -NO2, -C = N or -C = CH. |
