abstract |
An isolated T-cell receptor (TCR) that is capable of fixing a p53 peptide in the context of an MHC molecule, wherein the p53 peptide is the amino acid sequence Leu Leu Gly Arg Asn Ser Phe Glu Val (SEQ ID NO. 1 ), which comprises a Valfa chain and a Vbeta chain, where the Valfa3 chain is at least 90% identical to the Valfa3 chain shown in Figures 4A-C (SEQ ID NO. 2) and where the chain Vbeta is at least approximately 90% identical to the Vbeta3 chain shown in Figures 4A-C (SEQ ID NO. 2), and additionally comprising at least one of a linker sequence which is Ala Ser Gly Gly Gly Gly Be Gly Gly Gly (SEQ ID NO. 4) for a heterodimer or single stranded TCR or subsequently comprising a linker (Gly Gly Gly Gly Ser)> _ 4 (SEQ ID NO. 5) for a single stranded TCR. |
