Compound having as formula (See formula) where R 0 is chosen, independently within the group consisting of halo or C1-6 alkyl; R 1 is selected from the group consisting of hydro, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, halo C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 alkyl cycle, C3-8 cyclo C1-3 alkyl, aryl C1 - 3 alkyl, C1-3 alkylene aryl or heteroaryl C1-3 alkyl; R 2 is chosen from an optionally substituted monocyclic monocyclic aromatic ring, chosen from the group consisting of benzene, thiophene, furan and pyridine or an optionally substituted bicyclic ring (See formula) where the fused ring A is a ring of 5 or 6 sides, saturated or partially or totally unsaturated, and comprises carbon atoms and optionally one or two hetero atoms chosen from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen; R 3 is chosen from hydro or C1-6 alkyl, or R 1 and R 3 together represent a 3 or 4-sided alkyl or alkenyl chain component of a 5 or 6-sided ring. R 4 is selected from C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 alkyl cycle, C3-8 hetero cyclo alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C1-3 alkylene aryl, aryl C1-3 alkyl, hetero aryl C1-3 alkyl, aryl, hetero aryl, C1-4 alkylene aryl, substituted by one or more SO2NR to R b, NR to R b, C (= O) OR a, NR to SO2CF3, CN, NO2, C (O =) R a, OR a, C1-4 alkylene NR a R b, and OC1-4 alkylene NR a R b, or C1-4 alkylene Het; Het represents a 5 or 6-sided heterocyclic ring, saturated or totally or partially unsaturated, containing at least one hetero atom selected from the group consisting of oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur, and optionally substituted by C1-4 alkyl or C ( = O) OR a. R a is selected from hydro, C1-6 alkyl, aryl, aryl C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkylene aryl, hetero aryl, hetero aryl C1-3 alkyl or C1-3 alkylene hetero aryl; R b is selected from hydro, C1-6 alkyl, aryl, hetero aryl, aryl C1-3 alkyl, heteroaryl C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkylene N (R a) 2, C1-3 alkylene aryl, C1-3 alkylene Het, halo C1-3 alkyl, C3-8 cyclo alkyl, C3-8 hetero cyclo alkyl, C1-3 alkylene hetero aryl, C1-3 alkylene C (= O) OR ao C1-3 alkylene C3-8 hetero cyclo alkyl ; or R a and R b are taken together to form a 5 or 6 sided ring, optionally containing at least one hetero atom; q is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates thereof. |
